I received an ARC for this book.
If you fantasize with a royal life and all the fame, luxury and dreamy princes and princesses that come with it, then you’ll enjoy this cheesy fairytale-like romance.
Why wasn’t it the best fit for me?
Because even though I don’t expect the author to invent the wheel, it felt too much like The Princess Diaries. Furthermore, the hating game between the main characters ended too quickly. Therefore, we lost that exciting tension of the hate-to-love combination in an instance. Also, it didn’t help to the latter that their romance went from 0 to 100 in a heartbeat.
